Measurements
Outside diameter of the silencer is 3 7/8" (98.5 mm).
Inside diameter of the muffler tip must be 3 7/8" (98.5 mm).
It fits any muffler tip in 4" (101.5 mm).
Diameter of the outlet pipe is 1 3/4" (46 mm).

Installation
The silencer is very easy to install or remove.
1. Remove the bolt from the silencer.
2. Place the silencer inside the muffler tip.
3. Align the small holes on the silencer and the muffler tip.
4. Secure the silencer with the bolt.
(Drilling is required if there is no small hole on the muffler tip.)

Note: If the
silencer is too tight because the muffler tip is a little smaller,
you can use any lubricant such as oil or WD-40 and push it in.
If the silencer is too loose because the muffler tip is a little larger,
you can seal off the gap with the muffler repair kit,
a heat resistant mixture for fixing cracks and holes on the exhaust system.
You can also weld the silencer on the muffler tip permanently.
If you still have problems to install the silencer,
it is recommended to have it professionally installed at the muffler shop.
